We offer free shipping to the UK on all orders over £100. All orders are dispatched on a next working day service.
Delivery outside of the UK varies by country and ranges from £15 to £25. This detail is available at checkout.
Returns
Wool bedding can take a few days to get used to. It can be heavier than down for example, but trust us, if you stick with it we think you will never want to move away from natural fibre and love it as much as we do! However, if it’s not for you and you are not totally happy, we will take it back, no questions asked! A full refund will be given if it’s returned within the 30 days of date of purchase. Just drop us an email to hello@floks.co.uk and we will arrange this for you.
Returns are free within the UK, but we cannot offer returns on goods purchased outside of the UK.
