Why we ask for two weeks

We offer a 30-night sleep trial because wool bedding feels different and it's worth taking the time to experience it properly.

All we ask is that you give your body the chance to adjust. Give it time. We ask that you sleep with your new bedding for at least two weeks before deciding. Just like sleeping in a new home, a hotel, or after changing your routine, your body needs time to adapt.

Buy thoughtfully

Rather than ordering multiple products with the intention of returning some, start with what feels right and build your sleep environment over time.

Keep it in good condition

Please return items clean and in good condition. Normal use is expected, but we can't accept returns that are soiled, stained or damaged.

Wool bedding feels different to synthetic or down alternatives. Before you decide, it's worth understanding how wool behaves and why so many people prefer it.

What's not included

Our sleep trial doesn't apply to made-to-order products, including mattresses, toppers and enhancers, bespoke sizes, bed linen or sleep accessories.

Return fee

A £9.95 return processing and delivery fee applies to eligible returns.

To help reduce unnecessary waste, we offer one sleep trial per household.

Why does it take time

Think about the first night in a new hotel. Even when the bed is comfortable, sleep often feels different simply because the environment has changed.

The same applies when introducing wool bedding into your home. Your body adjusts to new materials, temperatures and routines over time. A restless first night doesn't necessarily reflect the bedding itself. Everyday factors such as stress, caffeine, travel or a busy schedule can all affect how well you sleep.

Give yourself the full trial period to experience how wool settles into your nightly routine.

Duvets

Wool duvets feel different from both down and synthetic fillings. They sit flatter, drape neatly across the bed, and have a reassuring weight without feeling heavy.

Rather than creating pockets of warmth, the carded wool forms an even layer that helps regulate temperature across your whole body, keeping you comfortable throughout the night.

Toppers

Our wool toppers are designed to improve comfort while regulating temperature and moisture.

If you're looking primarily for the benefits of sleeping on wool, our standard topper is an excellent choice. If you're after a deeper, softer feel, our Luxury Deep Topper offers additional cushioning.

Pillows

Our pillows are filled with finely carded British wool, which gently settles over time to mould naturally around your head and neck.

Both our Regular and Quilted Pillows feature a zipped construction, allowing you to remove layers until you find your preferred height. Keep any wool you remove. It can easily be added back later if your preferences change.

Organic cotton

We use unbleached GOTS-certified organic cotton throughout our bedding. Because it's less processed than conventional cotton, it may feel slightly crisper when new before becoming soft with washing and everyday use.

British wool

Our British wool is thoroughly cleaned using hot water, removing dirt, debris and excess lanolin without chemical treatments.

Some people notice a subtle wool scent when first opening their bedding. This is normal and disappears quickly with a little fresh air.

How to return

If you've used your bedding for at least two weeks and feel it's not right for you, we're here to make the process straightforward.

Please keep your original Floks packaging when your order arrives, as you'll need it for your return.

Log into your Floks account, select your order and choose the 30 Night Sleep Trial return option. Let us know why you're returning it. Every comment helps us improve. We'll then send you a returns label or QR code for your nearest drop-off point.

Once your return has been received and checked by our team, we'll process your refund.

Before you send it back

Please return your bedding in its original Floks bag.

All returned products are carefully inspected. Items must be clean and in good condition. We can't refund bedding that's soiled, stained or damaged.
