Wool pillows

A little care goes a long way - here’s how to keep your Floks wool pillow fresh, plump, and in tip-top condition.
Your pillow supports your head and neck every night, so a little maintenance goes a long way.
- Gently plump your pillow each morning to help restore its loft.
- Periodically remove the wool filling, separate the layers and rebuild them to maintain even support.
- Air the filling outdoors on a dry day to naturally refresh the wool.
- Never machine wash wool filling.
- We do not recommend dry cleaning.
Pillow Covers
- Standard cotton pillow covers can be machine washed at 40°C.
- Quilted wool pillow covers should be hand washed in cool water using a gentle natural detergent. Rinse in water of the same temperature, gently press between towels to remove excess moisture and lay flat to air dry.
When your wool filling eventually reaches the end of its life, replacement wool is available. The original filling can be composted, used as garden mulch or left out in spring for birds to line their nests.
