Wool bedding

We offer a 30 night sleep trial on all of our wool filled bedding products including pillows, duvets and toppers. You can find terms and conditions for our sleep trial here.

If you wish to return an item under our trial guarantee you must do this within the 30 day period from receipt of your product.

Returning your item:

There is a returns and postage fee of £9.95 and this will be deducted from your refund.

Please pack the items you wish to return in their original bags and place in a box or bag that will be durable for transportation back to our hub.

Items which are stained, damaged or incorrectly cared for are not eligible for a refund.

Once your items are received at our hub, they will be inspected and a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be received.

Bed linen

We offer a 14 day returns policy for any unwanted and unused bed linen.

There is a returns and postage fee of £9.95 and this will be deducted from your refund.

The items must still be in their sealed original packaging. We do not accept returns for any items that have been opened and this is due to hygiene reasons.

Once your items are received at our hub, they will be inspected and a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be received.

All of our mattresses are hand made to order just for you. Our sleep team are always available with help and advice in choosing the right mattress and you can contact them here.

We make all of our items with care and expertise, and most of our products are crafted by hand. Should you experience a fault with any of our products please contact our customer care team here.
